Dr.Tracy A. Barlup
Dr. Tracy A. Barlup purchased the practice in February 2000. She is a native of Waynesboro, PA. Dr. Barlup received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 and her Veterinary Medical Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. Prior to coming to Hagerstown, Dr. Barlup worked at Rockhill Veterinary Associates in Sellersville, PA and VetSmart Pet Hospitals and Health Centers in Bel Air, MD and Baltimore, MD.
The Barlup household remains a busy place with three humans, three dogs, one cat and twenty alpacas!
Dr. Desrochers grew up in Quebec City, Canada surrounded by a large family of animal lovers.
She received her DVM from the University of Montreal in 1999 and then completed large animal internal medicine residency followed by a cardiology and ultrasound fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. She received certification in acupuncture from the Colorado State University in 2012. Prior to becoming a small animal practitioner, Dr. Desrochers worked for Virginia Tech as a clinical assistant professor in equine internal medicine for 12 years. Dr. Desrochers lives with her significant other Mike on their small farm that they share with their 2 beloved rescue labs, 3 rescue cats, several horses and even chickens and fish! She loves spending time with friends and family and enjoys outdoor activities, cooking and traveling.
Dr. Ronda Neibich
Dr. Ronda Neibich, is a native of Fairfield, PA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in 2009 from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2014 from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining the Longmeadow Animal Hospital team, she was a mixed animal mobile veterinarian. She has one feisty cat, and two dogs: German shepherd/pit mix and a Great Dane puppy that keep her entertained.
Client Service Supervisor
Julie currently works in reception at LAH. She lives in Williamsport with her Yorkie/Chi Daisy. In her spare time she likes to cook for her family and spend every spare second with her grandchildren.
Certified Vet Tech/Animal Care Supervisor
Tiffany joined LAH in February 2011. She received her Bachelors in Veterinary Technology in 2008 from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. She became a Certified Animal Health Technician (C.A.H.T.) in June 2008. Prior to joining LAH, she worked in a mixed animal practice in Pennsylvania. Tiffany’s first career was a tax accountant with a BS in accounting from Penn State University, though her first love has always been animals. Tiffany lives in Waynesboro with her husband & all her fuzzy creatures: horses- “Doxy” & “BJ”, canine- “Tasha”, felines- “T2”, “Applebutter” & “Smudgey”. In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband, horseback riding, singing in her church choir & playing flute for an alumni band in Greencastle.
Certified Veterinary Technician
Kaylyn has been with Longmeadow since August 2013. She has always had a love of working with animals. She received her Bachelor’s in Veterinary Medical Technology in May 2014 from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. In August 2014 she received her Certification as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She is currently living at home with her cat and beta fish.
Missy joins us from Jacksonville, Fl where she worked at a clinic for 6 years. Missy’s husband is a Seabee in the United States Navy, so she has been stationed in various locations. She is originally from Herndon, PA so they are excited to be a bit closer to home. Missy has 2 kids-Kyle and Kaelyn, 5 dogs-2 Yorkies, Piper and Leah, a Chihuahua, Jelly, a spoiled rotten Pomeranian, Pebbles, and a mixed breed Terrier JD, and 2 mini rex house rabbits, Binky and Blossom, that keep her very busy when she isn’t working. In her limited spare time, she enjoys reading, watching TV, and spending time with her family.
Beth has lived in Hagerstown all her life. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 15 years. She shares her home with a Golden Retriever- "Raider", two cats- "Brooke" & "Gordon", a beagle - Digger the Dawg, several fish, a mini horse named Jelly Bean, two pygmy goats –Jimmie J and Billy D Goat, and a two legged beast named "Steve".
Abby joined Longmeadow in 2015 and is currently going to college to major in Criminal Justice. She lives at home with her Shih poo Maddie and family. Abby loves working at Longmeadow because she meets new patients every day! Abby enjoys going to the beach, fishing, and swimming.
Tina has been a part of the LAH team for almost a decade and has been the Kennel Supervisor since 2009. Tina has had a passion for animals her whole life and loves being able to spend her days taking care of them. In addition to caring for animals, her other pastimes include outdoor adventure and photography. She is “owned” by her three cats Murphy, Pixie, and Duffy.
Crystal has worked at Longmeadow Animal Hospital since November 2014. She attended Wilson College before taking a job on a Standardbred farm foaling out horses. After the birth of her son, Crystal decided to find a job closer to home and indoors. Aside from spending time with her children and family, Crystal enjoys crocheting, sewing, and advocating for cloth diapers.
Dawn has many years of experience in animal care, not only at Longmeadow Animal Hospital, but other facilities as well. Dawn worked as a Kennel Assistant at the Washington County Humane Society for six years. She has been working as a Kennel Assistant at Longmeadow Animal Hospital since August of 2010. Dawn completed the Veterinary Assistant program at Hagerstown Community College in December 2010. She spends her free time with her six year old chocolate Labrador named Boomer.
Ian is attending Wilson College to become a vet tech and will graduate 2017. He has a black and white pit bull mix named Pepper and a rabbit named Bun. Ian has been a member of the kennel staff since February 1st 2014.
Brooke started working at LAH in April of 2015. She is attending Wilson College to become a vet tech and will graduate in 2017. In her free time Brooke enjoys reading, baking, and watching Netflix. She adopted her cat, Lucy, from the HSWC and loves her like a child.
My name is Brittani and I love working with animals. I have previous veterinary technician experience in the Annapolis area and since then I have recently moved to the Hagerstown area. I moved up here from a crazy metropolitan area to come back to a rural adventurous, scenic, and beautiful area. I enjoy a relaxing evening all cuddled up with my Great Dane “Zeus”, a good book and spending time with friends and family. I enjoy the outdoors when I can, watching movies and TV, shopping, and helping others. My love for animals has been a part of me ever since I was a little girl when I was the one finding and bringing animals home all the time. I love my job at Longmeadow Animal Hospital and it is my pleasure to treat every client as though they were family and every pet as if they were my own.
Ciara started at LAH at the end of July 2016. She currently attends Hagerstown Community College to major in Nursing. She has volunteered at the Humane Society of Washington County for about 6 years. In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball, going to the beach, and fishing. She lives at home with her 3 cats and 5 dogs Daisy, Trooper, Whit, Bubba, and Sophie.
Annabel joined the staff at Longmeadow in March of 2016. She has held many different positions in animal hospitals and shelters over the past 15 years. She is currently completing an on line degree program to obtain her Technician Certification. She has 2 dogs and 1 cat that monopolize her time.
Kristin joined LAH beginning of August 2016. She came to us from Bark Central doggy resort. She is currently studying at Wilson College to become a vet tech. In her spare time she likes to read, cook, bake and spend time with her 3 pets, an Alaskan Malamute named Nuka, a domestic shorthair named Athrin, and a Manx named Gwinny. She is also recently happily married to her new husband Michael.
